Shipping & Returns

Payment

Payment for goods must be made by either Cheque, Bank Deposit or Credit Card through our highly secure partnership with Paypal before dispatch or any order, unless a prior agreement has been made with the customer. If the price of ordered items changes, the customer will be contacted before the order is dispatched. 

Shipping in New Zealand

Most orders are shipped after the order has been placed and payment has been received, except for re-stringing orders. There is no handling charges for any size order.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100. A courier service to any New Zealand address is offered. Offer excludes custom shelving, ball machines and string machines

All orders under $100 are charged on a per item basis or may have FREE shipping already included on that item.

Shipping to Australia

Most orders are shipped after the order has been placed. There is no handling charges for any size order.

International Shipping

Naki Racquets can ship internationally, but on a case by case basis, please contact us first to confirm shipping costs with us before ordering.

Goods usually take about 14 business days to the rest of the world.

We strongly advise all international customers to check with their local post office if there are any fees ad/or taxes for parcels from abroad. All local fees and taxes are the CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY.

Returns Policy

At Naki Racquets, customer satisfaction is our first priority.

We offer 30 day return on all merchandise that is returned in brand new, unused, saleable condition, this includes the following:

  • Plastic wrap on a racquet's grip and paper face plate are not removed
  • Any warranty cards are unfilled
  • Packages with grips, strings, head and wrist bands are not opened
  • Shoes HAVE NOT been worn on court or outdoors.

We absolutely CANNOT accept worn shoes

5% re-stocking fee will apply to all returns, except defective merchandise and shoes that did not fit.

A refund will be made in the form of bank deposit, cheque or credit placed on your account.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
